Where's Waldo?

Before you scroll down and see the goofy pictures, don't judge. It was the most perfect day you could ever wish for in San Francisco, which is unfortunately rare to say the least. With the sun shining down into our eyes, we decided to find the cheapest most ridiculous sunglasses from a street vendor and to rock them all over the city. Once we tried on about 50 pairs of glasses, we settled on these and then walked over to Ghiradelli Square for a little photo shoot. The best part about it, wasn't even a strange thing because trust me, there are a lot stranger things going on in the city than a couple of people in silly glasses.
Hope you enjoy
so, we kind of have an obsession with redbull... sugar free, of course :]
found him!

laughed ourselves into stitches

First of all, let me tell you that it's late on Saturday and I am exhausted and don't have all my creative juices flowing. BUT, I would like to tell you how wonderful my friday night was... here goes. In case you were wondering, it was ah.maz.ing to say the least. Ah-Maze-Ing. get it? k.cool, moving on. We drove up to the city as soon as B and I got off work. {ha, work... I'm such a big girl now!} So we relaxed, showered, changed and went out for dinner. We couldn't decide on what we wanted to eat and we didn't want anything fancy so we literally walked out of our hotel, looked across the street and saw a restaurant and decided right then and there that we going in and eating. And guess what. It was DELISH! Now I am one for fish and chips, this time I decided not to order it and boy did instead. But I snuck a couple bites, and let me tell you... the BEST fish and chips I have ever, had. EVER. period. That is saying a lot, my ceasar salad was pretty amazing with grilled salmon. mmMmmMMM I am just getting excited thinking about it again. :]
Then we headed off to see Whitney Cummings the comedian at Cobb's. That was my Valentines' Day prezzie, so we were looking forward to this for awhile. She is absolutely hilarious. You must watch her, follow her, blaaah blah blah. Click HERE for her tweets, and more information... if your interested of course. Needless to say I was in stitches of laughter for about an hour and a half.

Basically one of the best nights ever! Happy weekend everyone :]

I'm breaking the habit.. tonight

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, I swear-sies to get better at posting more frequently. There hasn't been anything too exciting to blog about. Not to mention it has been raining, practically non stop since last Monday. OH em gee, and by the way there is potential for snow to fall in San Francisco, as well as Santa Cruz. Seriously? It better not snow on me Friday night as I am going to see Whitney Cumming's stand up comedy in the city. SO excited, be sure to check back for that blog :]

Anyhoo... Last night, totally random and super spur of the moment {wow, valley girl, much? sorry} I went to see Linkin Park perform in HP. It's kind of a long story, but there were some spare tickets that I was trying to help someone sell.. and then when the time got closer, like 5 o'clock it was decided that we were going. One minute I'm in the gym and the next I am rushing out the door to go pick up the tickets and then get dressed. Much chaos and rushing {which if you knew me, I don't do weel} and suddenly I'm in the car listening to Linkin Park. It was such an amazing show and they had a ton of energy! Here are some pics, I took a bunch but my camera is still really iffy with taking pictures indoors without a flash. If you have suggestions or comments about that, please leave me one. My camera is a canon SD1400 IS. Thanks!

wish you were here

Hello friends, sorry for neglecting this week, but there hasn't been anything interesting to report. The weather is miserable it has been non stop raining since Monday, which means I have barley left the house or car since then. Extremely upsetting. Instead of looking out my window at the rain...                               I wish I was here...

Do you know where that is? DISNEYLAND the happiest place on earth.
Yes, I would much rather trade my window seat for the chance to act like a child again and play in the magic kingdom. Oh well, hopefully soon enough this can happen.

So today my friends, I would love to ask for your input on this blog, anything you like.. don't like.. anything you would like to see? I just adore comments so feel free to leave one, and have a wonderful weekend!

a valentine's to remember

I'm not usually one for going big for Valentine's Day... I've ever been in school, worked, been sick etc. regardless if I have had boy toy or not. However, this year was actually a little more festive and fun :] It all started when this lovely arrived on my first day of work! Then after work I had to work to make my own dinner, but it's okay it was totally worth it, dontcha think??

perfect day for a bike ride, wouldn't you say?

Today my friends, I woke up and decided it was a day for a bike ride. So off we went on my favorite trail. We stopped for a quick little photo shoot since the sun was perfectly glistening on the lake and then stopped for a redbull smoothie, that's right.. redbull. smoothie. It was delicious if I do say so myself since redbull is one of my guilty pleasures. Then we turned around and rode all the way back to the car, probably about 13 miles round trip. On the way back though.. the sun dissapeared and then out of nowhere this wind business picked up and I had goosebumps all over my poor little legs. Not so attractive, on the other hand since I wanted to get back to the car so badly I pedaled as fast as I could, and did the 6 miles in about 35 mins. yay me, a personal best :]

Music Wednesday?

Ok boys & girls. I seem to be having a few issues with my new camera... The pictures look ok though, right? Well... I'm not to sure. There is something funky about the all "auto" setting that makes the pictures come out blurry, or super dark. So for a few days, I probably will not be posting pictures and maybe some more word entries. Hope that's ok with y'all. If anyone has a Canon sd1400 IS and know's anything about this please feel free to comment. Also feel free to comment on any other posts, I would love to hear from you :]

I will leave you with what I am currently listening to..

The Temper Trapt - Conditions. Specifically the song "sweet disposition" as soon as I heard it in the Diet Coke commercial {my other love} I immediately looked it up and got the album. Their other song, "love lost" is rather good too... It was in the movie no strings attached, which was a lovely movie... so if your bored go get this album & watch that movie :]

L'Andana Grill

For our last night in Boston, Mike's sister took us to her restaurant she works at. It is called L'Andana Grill and it was honestly the most delicious food my little mouth has ever tasted. Since his sister worked there, the staff treated us so well and even sent over a couple little things extra. It always helps to know someone.
RIght? It took us about 3 hours to get through all this amazing food, so worth it. I feel full just looking at everything again. If you want to see their menu, it's here.
